A personal message from the author:
I am not a medical practitioner nor a psychologist or psychiatrist. I am a patient who feels the pain and knows exactly how hard it is to struggle through it.
Several years ago, due to the accumulation of severe stress and grieving of the loved one, I collapsed, blacked out and woke up in the hospital with dissociative amnesia. I lost a lot of memory, lost direction and purpose in life.
Since then, my life has been a never-ending journey of searching for a Magic to recollect lost memory and rebuild my life.
For the last 4 years, I have bought many books and read hundreds of articles, tried a lot of techniques to improve memory and rebuild a meaningful life. I have to admit that Journaling is the best therapeutic tool to get me back on track without drugs.
Writing has helped me live “at the moment” By writing a Journal, I able to track of life’s key moments as they happen, keep motivated, which is unconsciously create effective therapies for Self healing, which then help me rebuild a new purpose of life.
My experienced of journaling inspired me to write this book with the hope of helping others and create a lasting chain of positive impacts.
So here I'm, through this book I hope to not only heal myself but also heal others, and help others by donating all royalties to the children's cancer foundation.
