INTRODUCING MAMA-MEDITATION

  • Mama-meditation offers a unique approach to experiencing the connection between one's true self and the world around them, through the creation of a living bridge between the "Who" and the "What". 

  • The Mama-meditation technique offers a means of establishing a living connection between our true self and our external circumstances. This approach allows us to experience both the subjective and objective aspects of our existence in a harmonious manner. 

  • Mama-meditation provides a way to establish a connection between the essence of one's being (Who) and the external world (what). It enables individuals to bridge the gap between the two, fostering a deeper understanding of their true self and the world around them. 

  • In 2018, Mama bestows the technique of Mama-meditation upon Swami Dhyan Vardhan. This transfer was made in accordance with a prediction made by Nikola Tesla on January 12, 1897, at a celebration of the launch of power at Niagara Falls in Buffalo.  

  • The aim of Mama-meditation is to assist people in enhancing their lives by establishing a connection with their true nature. 

  • Mama-meditation is not an act of meditation performed by the individual. Instead, it is a method utilised to allow the universal spiritual entity known as Mama to meditate through the person, transcending their mind and connecting them to their true essence.

  • Mama-meditation is like the foundation of a plant. When you practice regularly, your body and mind become more attuned to nature, just as a plant's roots become more attuned to the soil. Regular practice updates your body-mind system to better align with nature, much like how a computer requires regular updates to function properly. Without these updates, your system will begin to malfunction and ultimately fail. In the same way, neglecting to update your body-mind system can lead to illness and even death. Mama-meditation is a powerful tool for keeping your body-mind system in harmony with nature and ensuring your overall well-being.
