The United States of America, 1902. With the old west fading from memory and the tales of outlaws being passed down to a new generation, there has always been one tale that has stuck out from the rest. The story of Ray McCarthy, a man on the run since the end of the Civil War. Why are regular folk hesitant to bring it up? He's still alive and wanted.

When the man in question is brought to the White House to speak to the acting President Theodore Roosevelt, McCarthy must reveal all, and it's a lot more than what the President expected. Could it all be the truth? Outlaws? Native American magic? Monsters and a small town in the state of Kentucky caught in the middle of it all? If so, will it be let go easily by the President's administration?
