Once upon a time a youngster meet Socrates and asked how he could find the wisdom. Socrates asked the youngster to come with him to the nearby pond. When the water started to be deeper, Socrates suddenly catched the young man and pushed his head into the water. The youngster thought that it is could be only a joke, so he didn't do anything. But after his head was under the water for several minutes, he realized the seriousness of the situation, and started to wobble frantically after a little air.

Socrates finally let the youngster go. While the other was snorted and gasped, the Greek sage said the following:

Socrates: “If you have the same strong desire for wisdom as for the air, than nothing can't stop you to get it.
