Strengths:
+ Good and strong title, it tells a lot about the story
+ I like the blood like pattern on the title, it immediately triggers the horror instincts
+ The grey hotel background is matching well with the title, we liked the contrast, easily readable and well inserted into the background

Weakness:
– From visual point of view, the hotel room is plain and almost feels empty, but at least it doesn't steal the attention of the reader from the title
– The author's name is “left there” in white, some improvement should be done, maybe another Sans Serif font

Overall, the cover feels very professional, great work, from the designer!
