If you build an army of 100 lions and their leader is a dog, in any fight, the lions will die like a dog. But if you build an army of 100 dogs and their leader is a lion, all dogs will fight like a lion. –– Napoleon

Most people are not comfortable with calling themselves “leaders”, it sounds like a too “Big” thing. The truth is, that we influence far more people around us, than we expect as normally, that is also suggested by Drew Dudley in his talk (TEDx Torronto):

Drew called this influential moments as “Lollipop moments”, that is affecting deeply another person. These are the moments, when somebody recognize a value, that is important to his or her life, it works like a mirror.

Remember, people around you will be affected by you, they will imitate you (remember children are imitate their parents). The questions is, what qualities will you show them, what values will they recognize. That is why important to act like a Lion and not like a Dog.
